If you wish to learn about the principles and background to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) this event is for you. MBSR practices are proven to help reduce and mange stress, improve mood, handle difficult thought patterns and reduce anxiety.
The evening will include input on;
- background of mindfulness approaches
- physiology of stress
- mindfulness exercises,
- mindful movement
- group enquiry
- sitting meditation.
There will be plenty of time for questions.
